Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website and may be offered in limited quantities. All artworks are produced on a made-to-order basis and are not held in inventory.
Due to the nature of photographic and fine art production processes, including printing and finishing, minor variations in colour, tone, scale, or material may occur and shall not be considered defects.
All artworks are issued as strictly limited editions. Every work is numbered, signed, and accompanied by its own certificate of authenticity. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently closed: it will not be reprinted, reopened, or reissued in any other size, format, or process. By purchasing an artwork, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a fine art object and not a mass-produced consumer good. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
We have made reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours and details of our works; however, we do not guarantee that your device's display will precisely reflect the final physical artwork.
All descriptions of products, including pricing and availability, are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order, including by customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction, where reasonably necessary.

5.2: Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to artworks, images, text, graphics, and design, is the exclusive property of Blood Lime Art Studio and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
The purchase of an artwork grants ownership of the physical object only. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display for commercial purposes, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit the artwork in any form without prior written consent.
Without limiting the foregoing, you may not: (a) reproduce or digitize the artwork for commercial use, (b) use the artwork in advertising, merchandising, or resale products, (c) use the artwork or any associated content for the training of artificial intelligence, machine learning models, or similar technologies, (d) tokenize, mint, or otherwise create digital assets (including NFTs or similar blockchain-based assets) based on the artwork, (e) alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the artwork for commercial purposes.
Limited digital sharing of the artwork for personal, non-commercial use (such as social media) is permitted, provided that proper and visible credit is given to Blood Lime Art Studio (Instagram: @bldlime).

Section 6: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
All orders placed through the website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order where reasonably necessary. A binding contract is only formed once we have expressly confirmed acceptance of your order.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, errors in product or pricing information, limitations on quantities, or orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution.
Restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.
If we modify or cancel an order after it has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Where payment has already been processed, any refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

All inquiries directed to Blood Lime Art Studio, including questions regarding available works, edition availability, acquisition, and collector relations, must be submitted through official communication channels, specifically via bloodlime.art or studio@bloodlime.art.
We do not conduct business through direct messages on social media platforms.
Blood Lime Art Studio reserves the right to decline or not respond to communications that are unsolicited, irrelevant to our practice, abusive, or inconsistent with the nature of our work and collector relationships.
Any information shared voluntarily with Blood Lime Art Studio through official channels (such as collection context, installation environment, or acquisition interests) may be retained for the purpose of maintaining collector relations and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Section 10: Shipping and Delivery
All shipping and delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you when the shipment is delivered and signed for. Until then, your artwork is under our care, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
If a shipment declared lost is delivered to you after we have sent its replacement, the original remains our property and must be returned to us, using a prepaid label we provide.
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country of residence.
